I’ll be completely honest—starting from the front desk, there was a noticeable lack of empathy. It felt as though I was asking for a favor rather than receiving a paid service, which was disappointing. The nurse assisting the doctor was quite nice, and I have no complaints regarding the care my son received. His diagnosis of strep throat was handled appropriately, and the care for him was satisfactory. However, when I mentioned that I wasn’t feeling well myself and suspected a similar issue, I was told I needed to contact Teladoc instead of being tested at the clinic. While I understand this is a pediatric facility, I believe a more thorough approach would have been appropriate, considering the circumstances. A comprehensive checkup, including tests beyond strep, would have been ideal since we were already there. Overall, the visit felt rushed, and I left feeling like my concerns weren’t fully addressed. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for other families in the future.

Very bad. The provider was not helpful at all! She was supposed to be seen for allergies and a few blisters on her lips. I asked the provider if she could prescribe allergy meds and proceeded to tell me if I wanted her mouth to be treated or her allergies. Obviously I was there for both reasons and of course she didn’t prescribe any. Not satisfied at all. I love the clinic over all but I will not me doing visits over the phone anymore.
