My son injured his foot.   Was worried might have broken toe.   Was after 5pm so was extra worried if could get him seen in evening.    They got us in and taken care of so fast!   Doc and tech had great bedside manner too.   Def will continue to come here for urgent care needs.

Update: my baby had covid. Reading the reply below where they’re insinuating that the ER referral was necessary, which it wasn’t if they did a Covid test, or at least a flu test or an RSV test, they’re a simple nose swab no special tools required, you just have either lazy “medical professionals” or incompetent, either way, shouldn’t be trusted with children. I had a very disappointing experience at Urgent Care for Kids in Cedar Park. I brought my baby in with a fever of 101.5°F, and by the time they checked her, it had risen to 102°F. After waiting to be seen, a PA briefly examined her and said it didn’t look like she had an ear infection but that they didn’t have the tools to investigate further—this was shocking, considering this is supposed to be a pediatric urgent care. Instead of offering any real assistance, they referred us to the ER without providing discharge papers or any clear guidance on what to do next other than going to the ER. It’s extremely frustrating and upsetting to be left without answers, especially when dealing with a sick child. Rather than helping, they wasted valuable time that could have been spent at a facility willing to properly evaluate my baby. I would not recommend this place to any parent looking for thorough and competent care.

Schedule appt on line for 11:00am, at check in was informed would be over an hour wait due to multiple walk ins. We finally saw provider at 1:08 pm. Why have appointment times when walk ins get seen prior to individuals with a scheduled time. Provider was in and out within 5 minutes.

Scheduled an appointment online. Arrived on time but had to wait 1 hour due to walk ins. Why would you have scheduled person overlap with walk in’s and then prioritize walkins. The front desk person mentioned they had limited staff, if that is the case then they should prioritize scheduled appointments who already paid.

Had a 10:50 AM appointment for my son.  Waited for 2 hours and then was called to the back office.  Waited another 30 min.  Met with doctor for 5 minutes.

We have always had amazing care at this urgent care facility. From check in to the nurses, and providers, no complaints. That was until our visit today. My son had, what looked like strep, in the back of his throat. The nurses looked at his throat with the light and said "gross." I was shocked at how unprofessional and rude that comment was. She then swabbed my other son for strep and the flu. She did not ask him to open his mouth wide enough and proceeded to jam the swab in the back of his throat. He was so uncomfortable he kept moving backwards and she kept aggressively moving foward with the swab. He was in tears when she walked out and said she hurt him. My son then started coughing because he said part of the swab was still in his throat. As a Healthcare professional myself, I am very unhappy with the level of care my children received from this nurse. I have no complaints about the NP. She was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. This review is solely based on the care we received from the nurse.
