We visited this weekend because my daughter injured her foot and needed immediate medical care for a suspected broken bone. First of all, we had an appointment and still spent THREE hours at this facility. Secondly, the staff took x-rays and the practitioner AND the radiologist both missed the fracture in her foot. They sent her home telling us to make her wear her tennis shoes. I took her to a pediatric orthopedist today because I knew something was wrong with her foot. I showed them the x-rays taken by the staff at your urgent care facility and they pointed out the fracture immediately. She has been walking around on a broken foot all week. My time and money spent at your place of business was a COMPLETE waste, other than the x-rays nobody knew how to read.
