I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming and friendly. They checked on my daughter when she fell in the exam room. They could hear her fall and came in to check. I was able to easily make an appointment on the same day I needed to come in when my daughter’s pediatrician wasn’t available. I wish they would have sent me the check in paperwork earlier than 20 mins before the appointment. I was driving when I got it and it was a pain to fill it out at the doctor’s office when my daughter wasn’t feeling good. The office could have been cleaner - one of the toilets in the bathroom was clogged and really stinky and gross - there should have been a sign on the door saying to use another restroom. I would use this urgent care again but I would like to see a cleaner office - cleaner floors and bathrooms. My kids liked the duck theme, but it is kind of outdated in my opinion.

They got us back immediately. I didn’t even have a chance to sit down. They were so thorough and patient. It took an hour and a half for my daughter to leave a urine sample and they didn’t give up on us!

Hello, my daughter was supposed to be prescribed zofran for her nausea and it was never called in to our pharmacy. I called to ask about it and they said the provider we saw never made the notes for it.  Meanwhile I have had a sick child all week throwing up.  Called our pharmacy 5x and finally got ahold of someone at the Urgent care clinic.

Was able to make an appt online really easily. Front desk staff was very friendly, and the care provider (Bri or Bree?) was extremely friendly, thorough and nice.

Waiting time is too much. The front staff is not friendly. We just asked for a question but she answered arrogantly. Hopefully we should never go back there.

Minimal wait time was a plus and everything was explained thoughtfully. We were given ample opportunity to ask questions and left feeling like all our concerns were addressed

These providers LISTEN!!  I love this place…they treat you with care, respect, AND are amazing at what they do in every role…from the front desk to check in, to vitals and everyone else …

I was able to book an appointment for my son within minutes using online scheduling. The staff is friendly and caring.

Liked this Dr todayshe was very calm and caring and made my daughter feel at ease.

Took my son in and everyone was so great. The only thing I didn’t like was one nurse snapped at my son to sit up. He’s a kid. He’s sick. Patience goes a long way. Other than that though, everyone else was so amazing and I appreciated all the patience they had. Thank you so much.
