I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for my son when he was feeling sick. The NP Erica and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.

Scheduling and check-in process are just terrible. It takes 1 or even more hours just to fill out those forms. You have to be very strong to pass that process. What kind of people implemented that application in the urgent care. The word urgent care alredy means something should be faster. Looks like they don't care actually. We saw how many visitors didn't wait and left this place.

Evaluated our sons bug bites from a knowledgeable pediatric perspective. Put us at ease and kept him from taking unnecessary antibiotics.

Scheduling was very easy and they got my son right in same day. Doctor was nice and knowledgeable. Her suspension of strep was spot on and I was out of there with an antibiotic for him and had him feeling better by next day. Then the doctor gave both my sons a little toy and was very kind.

My son hasn't been feeling well. And I was able to schedule an appointment for him right away. Everyone was amazing!

Got a call from daughter’s daycare to come pick her up immediately as she was showing signs of pink eye. We went directly to the Urgent Care for Kids in Frisco and within a couple of minutes we were in the patient room getting help. I really appreciated the quick and efficient help in a very busy day.

My go to urgent care facility for my boys! Always open availablity with little to no waiting times! The staff is phenomenal, affectionate and considerate of the patients. Thank you all for your kind energy!  From the check in desk to the nurse practitioner everyone is great!! Sabrina is amazing and so sweet!

It wasn’t a long wait for a Sunday late afternoon visit and every member of the staff was friendly and helpful.

My son cut his finger open and needed stitches. It was explained to the nurse in the front very clearly what happened. They had us fill out pages of paperwork and wait for 40 mins for the doctor to come in and tell us they don’t do stitching on the hands in the first 30 seconds she spoke to us.  They made up some “protocol” excuse and even made up a story to reassure me they were going to give me a referral to a emergency room which of course I don’t need. Anyone can walk into an emergency room and you don’t need a referral. Meanwhile my 6 year old is sitting there in pain while we are wasting our time. Terrible service from this place!
