I scheduled my 2 year anniversary appointment for 1:30 and didn’t get seen until 3:00. It was a very long wait and it is like that every-time I go and I’m a frequent returner with my children on the weekends when they are sick. I love the staff super sweet people. I would recommend them because they have never not been able to tell me what is wrong.

Wait time was a lot better today and the Dr was very thorough and explained everything to us did not feel rushed out at all really appreciated the medical assistant she was very patient with our son who’s autistic and does not do well with the test swabs but we were still able to get it done

Terrible service! I went on a Saturday afternoon and lasted 5 hours to be fully attended. They are supposed to attend faster since it is private and by appointment! Anyway, I would have gone to the hospital there they attend faster and it is better attended than here, they only treat you like an object they are not empaths nor are they well attended by the pediatrician she talks to you super fast without being able to explain more her face she expressed to me that she did not want to be there lack of personnel since there is only one pediatrician for thousands of children who arrive and last hours. The numbers to contact them don't work either since I've been trying to call to explain to me why there are no prescription drugs from that day in the pharmacy I provide . I'll have to take my baby somewhere else since he needs his medicine urgently

We scheduled our appointment at 3pm we checked in at 2:57pm we didn’t get called in until 4:30pm multiple patients atleast 3 got called in before us even though we were notified on the app we only had one patient ahead the whole time. Priority should be over the appointments not walk ins that’s the whole point of appointment then nurse practitioner seemed in a bad mood and slammed the door angry because we requested a strep test I don’t see the issue with us wanting to know if he has that even if we already know he has an ear infection this is the same practitioner that told us our oldest had pneumonia and we took him to a different urgent care the next day and turns out he did not have pneumonia after X-rays. Very frustrating how long the wait was we did not leave until almost 6pm almost 3 hours there waiting. Front staff needs to do better. The medical assistants were the very friendly ones there very kind always

We have taken our daughters here a few times. The staff is always friendly and kind. The process is quick and easy. 10/10 recommend

I scheduled my 3 year old autistic son an appointment online due to him fighting a fever for 2-3 days. The staff was very friendly. The office is actually really beautiful and it was clean. My son loved the big screen showing the sea. The doctor was very nice and patient with my son. I was in and out of the office within an hour. I highly recommend this urgent care. I've taken my sons to other urgent cares before and I felt as if they just wanted to get patients in & out of there (they were nice to my sons but it just felt more genuine at Urgent Care for Kids Cy-Fair)

I scheduled online the same day and was seen a few hours later. The PA his last name was Welch he was awesome! My little one had problems with breathing, croup and he got us treated and feeling better. I also have to say the MA they had was great! I didn’t catch her name but very nice and helpful. Overall wonderful experience!
