Was very quick and easy to schedule an online appt for all 3 of my kiddos. Was our first visit here and it was a great experience. The staff here are very nice very helpful. The nurse who saw my kids was a very sweet girl she was so parient with my liitles the dr we saw was also super helpful and nice and patient. She was very attentive to my kids care answered all our question was in no rush she provided excellent care,we will for sure keep coming back. Thank you to all the ladies who helped us that day!

Scheduled my appointment online. Second time coming to this location as it is convenient considering the after hours services. Was placed into a room and not even 5 minutes and Dr Chu had assisted my daughter. I loved how he made sure to ask questions and didn’t wait for me to just give him much information about the visit. He was great! Even explained the paperwork and the medicine he was prescribing my baby and how long I should see results! 10/10. Need more providers attentive and knowledgeable like him!

First time at this urgent care and I was speechless. The evening doctor Jayla was very knowledgeable of my son’s condition. She was patient and I did not have to wait long to be seen. My experience here was outstanding. Great job staff!

Very upsetting that this “URGENT CARE” facility doesn’t even have an x-ray machine. Have to drive 30 minutes for a facility that does. If I had known this I would not have made an appointment here. I will definitely look for some other facility to take him in the future.
