The visit was perfect with the exception that I had a scheduled appointment and a walk-in was allowed to go ahead of me. As a result, my family had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

Felt  judged by NP but did get care needed. Her facial expressions speak volumes.

The front lady with long lashes is so rude she refuses to give me a letter for school

The nurse practitioner was very friendly and informative. However the medical assistant had a bit of an attitude when letting her know my daughter does not cooperate with the pulse ox

Our family  dreads going to the doctor due to long wait times. The clinic makes going to the doctor easy and a great experience.

the doctor was so amazing and friendly made my child feel so comfortable and not scared of the doctors office, the staff was super friendly would 100% recommend to anyone.

Walked in and told the receptionist with the nurse accompanying her that my son had a severely high fever. We were told once we were checked in someone would come out and check it and give him some meds while we waited, no one ever came. We kept going to the restroom, passing the front desk, to get wet paper towels to try to help cool him off. And still nothing. We were told the appointment was set for 10:15 and we were not seen until after 11.  My son ended up having a seizure due to his high fever in this facility and was rushed by ambulance to another facility. Worst place ever.

La doctora nos trató muy bien y fue amable con nosotros algo que no puedo decir de la enfermera la cual nos dejaba esperando mucho tiempo y hasta me dejó con la palabra en la boca en varias ocasiones sin responder a nada de lo que preguntaba y eso me pareció una falta de respeto.

Scheduling was easy and staff was friendly. I love that there was no waiting time. Chocking in was a smooth process

First time here the schedule availability was unbelievable, the check in process was very easy, the clinic was clean even the restroom and the staff was nothing more than amazing. I definitely would come here again. Thanks
