They apparently do walk in appointments but yet they leave you till last . Waited over 3 hours just so they can see my baby. By baby was crying of pain and I ask receptionist if they would at least gave my baby any sort of pain medicine and they denied me.  Yet they just put me in a consulting room so they won’t hear her cry . Very unprofessional

the waiting time was too long (more than an hour) but the quality of care and the doctor manner were excellent. The front door staff manners need improvement.

Love them, super fast! Loves there Dr.♥️ I have them going to them 3 times now and will continue to go if my daughter needs it.

Came in an hour or two before closing and it was very busy. But the staff was very friendly and helpful! The doctor was very caring and considerate, would absolutely come back!!

I was able to make an appointment with ease. Also reached at the clinic well before my scheduled time. But was seen after 3 hours of my checked in time. I was hanging around with my toddler in the clinic for about an hour and then decided to go home because he was getting restless. Typical of a sick baby with a 103 temp! Even after getting called in the nurse came after 40 mins! I was absolutely annoyed with the way you’ll have handled appointment times . The least one can expect is that you’d  give the folks reasonable time so that they can expect to be seen within 30 mins of that time. Not after 3 hours

Doctor was amazing very helpful and friendly it was my first time seeing her there and hope to see her again.

Scheduled an appointment for 4:15 and wasn’t seen until 6:35. The staff was friendly, but there really shouldn’t be an option to book appointments if the time isn’t honored. Would also recommend Clorox wipes or something in the waiting area. Tons of sick kids and didn’t see anyone wiping down any of the furniture in the two hours I was waiting.

My child had a scratch on his neck was getting worst and the lady upfront help me out and was really nice they did took really good care of my kid with autism 10/10 excellent service love it…

I was able to book appointment with ease. Got there and waited a little bit was seen by the doctor in a short period of time. She listened to me and checked my daughter.

Staff members were so reassuring and nice. The care was exceptional best urgent care experience I have ever had with kids.
