Staff was friendly, very helpful, and kind. Very grateful for their help!

Last night my daughter was up with a bad ear ache. I scheduled the appointment at 12 midnight. The process was very easy. The whole process of checking in was easy and fast. The nurse Practitioner was very friendly and knowledgeable and thoroughly checked my daughter. I'm over all satisfied and happy with our first time here.

The Nurse Practitioner and nurse were very patient. They got my 1 year old daughter to the back and evaluated quick.

I brought in my son on Thanksgiving day and I was seen very quickly. About a 5min wait time. The staff is always friendly. The receptionist Daisy is super sweet! The Practitioners are always helpful. We were prescribed medication and the practitioner helped me find a pharmacy that was open near me during the holiday. This place is very clean and my son loves playing with the draw screen while we wait. This is the first place I turn to whenever my pediatrician is closed. 5 stars every time!

I took almost two hours for my daughter to receive treatment. Also, their were complaining that the place was very cold.

Scheduling online was easy, and user-friendly. Check in went very well. The person that greeted us was very friendly and kind. This was my second visit to this location. The staff is very professional and kind. The care we received from the nurse practitioner Monica,was excellent. I did not feel rushed with her at all. Monica answered all my questions, and put me at ease.

The nurse and front desk staff were great, quick time but appointment and co-pay were useless as the doctor did not take my word on my child's symptoms and instead suggested I return in 10days to prove the symptoms were not easing. She prescribed allergy medication for a sinus infection which is useless after I’ve told her I have already tried that AND cold meds. So I resorted to CVS to get a nettle, more sinus meds, tissues, good ole vicks and I guess wait it out so she has documentation on my child’s symptoms and discomfort. Annoyed.

Phone service is horrible it goes straight to voice mail there no one to pick up phones I been waiting on my medication for my daughter and it’s not here there no way to call you guys unless I drive 45 minutes back to you guys office very inconvenient

Did a walk in for my daughter who was in extreme pain due to a diaper rash . We were first time visitors and did not wait more than 15 minutes in waiting lobby and entire visit was about 25 minutes. The facility was so fresh and clean. Staff was friendly and very professional and the doctor knew immediately how to help my daughter and make her comfortable. Plus he gave her a rubber duckie to stop her from crying. Great bedside manners for a doctor . I am in love with this place

Brought my daughter in for an ear infection. Although there was a long wait time the receptionist let me know ahead of time. The MA was very kind and attentive and the Doctor greeted us with a big smile. She was wonderful and very professional!
