This was not a good visit at all my son got nothing done I was charged 109 for the provider to look in his mouth get interrupted by her staff walked out and came back with an Rx

My son had a bad cough and congestion. I took him and they saw in 15 minutes, the staff are very friendly

Our appointment was scheduled to be at 5:30 and we arrived early 15 minutes and the front desk employee to us that they are running behind so it will take an hour before we get to see the doctor and we waited almost 2:30 until the doctor examined our child and by 9:15 never going back agin

I Walked In & My Son Was Able To Be Seen Within 20 Minutes With People Already There. Everyone Was Very Friendly & Helpful. I Highly Recommend.

The ease of booking an appointment was nice. However, the lady at the front desk was less than cheerful, she appeared to really hate her job and her face let it be known to everyone in there. The wait time in lobby was long but once we got into a room we were quickly in and out. Overall I was very pleased with the care received and will use again in the future.

The staff at this location is extremely rude. They don’t care how long you have been waiting, they don’t bother to apologize or show any sympathy. They lack in a lot of areas, but the way they don’t care about how long you have been waiting is disheartening. We waited for 3 hours and the staff was just extremely rude, starting with the front desk. The nurses are great to argue about irrelevant stuff for example walking in an empty hallway to calm down your fussy baby that’s had 103 fever and has been waiting for 3 hours, but are so quick to shut you down when your trying to get an explanation of why such a long wait. And this isn’t just the first time. I’ve been going to this clinic for a long time, but for the past several months their wait time is absolutely unacceptable, the staff is extremely rude, and the doctors take 2 minutes to check your child. Extremely disappointed in this location. You’ll never catch me going here again.
