They sent me this link while I was still in the room waiting for the results. I've been here for 2:30 and no one has come to say anything.

We had a visit with the online platform only to confirm X-rays were the better off done rather than waiting till the next day. Anne NP was quick to get the transfer scheduled. I was able to go into a clinic near the house and have X-rays done with almost no wait time. Check in was a breeze and Sylvia knew exactly why we were there…. Unfortunately a break was present…the staff was able to get him medicated and into a splint quickly and with much patience. My toddler being present was quite a distraction because she had so many questions and with brother getting all the attention, the staff still made her feel included. Both Debbie the NP and Erika went out of their way to keep her from being left out and keeping my son calm and answering his questions about the splint process, and all the equipment he encountered. I am incredibly thankful to everyone who worked tonight!

First time coming in such lovely sweet staff and doctors i had a good experience. Very clean office and rooms i would very much recommend.

I had an emergency with my child and came in a Saturday afternoon. The waiting time was not bad, and the staff was super nice. My daughter was helped by the doctor and did not need to go to an emergency waiting room which saved us a lot of time. I will definitely come back here again if I have another emergency with my kids.

My daughter felt bad the night before scheduled her appointment online per usual and it was easy as usual. The doctor we saw was the same doctor we’ve seen before. She’s always really nice very friendly great doctor staff is friendly as always checking this friendly as always. I would recommend her for sure.

Kids wasn’t feeling well so decided to take them to their favorite doctors office. The nurse was very sweet but the tech that gave my kids medicine didn’t seem to have patience with kids. My son did not want to take his medicine so she held his face grabbing his cheeks hard to open his mouth to give him his medicine. She did it so hard his little cheeks were blood red and she scraped him on both sides of his cheeks. I’m very disappointed with the lack of patience and care of this staff member. She will never be allowed to touch my kids again. She also at one time held his nose while he was laying down and she was pushing the syringe in his mouth causing him to choke. Please train the staff on how to work with young kids that may be a little difficult when taking medicine.

The wait time was super long. We were there 3 hours and I had scheduled the appointment at 6am. I’m not sure how the scheduling works since some people have walk-in appointments. It seemed like other people were going before us. The app keeps changing as well. It said we were next but once I refreshed it said there were two people ahead of me: so it’s not really accurate . Also, they did some tests after the doc had seen us so we had to wait for the results for those as well. I felt like they could have done that before the consult or could have called us with the results. Besides that it was ok.
