My daughter hurt her knee, needing an x-ray. Walked in at 8:38 at night. They closed at 9 but they took us in and took care of her, staff stayed till 10. So much appreciated it!! Wonder staff!!!

My daughter had been vomiting all night and morning. I waited less than 30 minutes and the doctor was AMAZING. It was the fastest urgent care visit I’ve ever experienced and we received care in a timely manner. We were out in less than 1 hour.

I was a 'walk-in' with my great grand daughter. We were greeted in a friendly manner. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. The doctor was proficient in her duties, my great grand daughter walked out with a prescription and a gift. I will return there when needed.

Front desk was fine. She was collecting copay and got it wrong which is an issue for those who don’t know their benefits. Wait time inside the room was an hour long. Not my favorite care. No documentation was provided at the end of the visit nor is there any access on the solv app. They were supposed to call me for results and called me literally at end of day vs the 15 min result time they had stated. Overall, they seemed unorganized.

Both my kids came in today with a persistent cough and phlegm and the nurse practitioner Selina was very attentive and great with the kids. She helped ease their fear and talked them through everything she was doing. Thank you for the great care and patience!

The wait time here is ridiculous. I made an appointment easily and quickly. We were escorted to a room 30m after arrival. We then waited almost 4 hours to see the ONLY provider in the office. If this facility is understaffed they shouldn’t take so many appointments daily to where they are at capacity. They should also disclose that there is only one provider and the wait time is hours long BEFORE people make a payment to see the physician.  This is my first time at the location while it’s changed owners/name, and I must say I’m very disappointed with the changes that have been made. Hire more doctor’s or take less appointments.

I will be looking for a new clinic for my kids . Waiting time after I requested an influenza test was almost an hour .

Dr. B is simply amazing. He is very thorough and efficient at the same time. I appreciate that there is a need to handle multiple patients, he does not carelessly rush like others we have had to work with. He actually listens and explains what may be happening. I hope this place really takes care of him since he is very good!
