Staff was great. Waited in the lobby for 1 -1/2 hours before seen.

Great staff that is always compassionate about your kids, they listen to your concerns and treat your kids as important.

I always have such a great experience here! And they always take such great care of my babies!! I greatly appreciate every single person apart of the staff.

Had to get my little girls arm checked out and a NP Lucas (from what I can remember sorry if I’m wrong) was so sweet and professional! We got sent back as soon as I finished the paperwork, and seen maybe 5 mins later. The whole experience including X-rays was under 45 mins. Made a really bad situation a lot easier.

They are like going to see family.  Lately, it seems we are there so often, I see them more than my family.  Scheduling is quick on line, usually within a hour.  Check-in … you are greeted and polite.  They now know us by name.  10 minutes is the normal wait, sometimes less. The PAs or doctors and nurses are caring and answer your questions.  There are usually very few in the waiting room so I don’t feel I’m passing our germs on or getting their germs.  The facility is clean and has space to spread out.  Usually there is a kids show on the TV.  Oh and of course the girls love the rubber ducks they get to choose from at the end.  Occasionally they are out… but rarely! I would recommend this provider anytime.

We were a walk in. They got us in pretty quickly. Originally they said 30-45 min but I think it was shorter than that. The front desk receptionist was very kind and answered all my questions with a caring attitude. The doctor who saw my son was also great. Good bedside manner and noticed really quickly that my son’s throat was really red and ended up being positive for strep, something I never considered. Really pleased overall with our visit.

Took my daughter in for a sore throat, super easy to book as always. The nurse who initially took her vitals and asked a couple of questions was super short and honestly seemed like she had better places to be. Provider was great though and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful.

The wait time was over an hour then taken to the back and still waiting for more than 30 min. If I had not paid for the visit already I would have left!!!

Physician & Medical Assistant were both friendly with great bedside manner. Wait time was horrible! We waited over 1.5hrs even with booking for a “waiting in line” spot.
