The doctor (aka nurse practitioner) was very rude!! She was bothered when I asked for my child to be tested for strep since her throat had been hurting and she had white patches.  She is supposed to be there to help, but she seemed like she hated her job! I paid for the visit so it shouldn’t be an issue when I make a reasonable request.  The nurse was very nice and understanding.  I’ve been to this location many times and had never had an experience like the one I had today. Horrible!!

This place used to be super fast.  And I have had it be slow…. But today took it to a whole new level.  We waited with an appointment in the waiting room for over an  hour and a half.  (The receptionist said they were about 30 min behind).   We walked out 2.5 hours after we arrive.  Normally I love this place because the waits are not horrible.  Apparently they had one Dr. and one nurse working and the receptionist.  Everyone was very friendly, and I could tell they were working, but waiting an hour and a half after your appointment was way too long.

I feel frustrated. I am a school nurse in MISD, I have been around a ton of kids with strep and I was Dx with strep 4 days ago myself. He is c/o pain when swallowing food and water. He has had a fever and stomach ache which are also signs of strep. I am a Single Mom and need to get back to work. I truly wish he would have been prescribed Antibiotic even though he didn’t test positive for strep today, I feel there is an error bc he gets strep frequently and I know how he presents symptom wise.

Walked in an hour before close and was still treated very well and with much care. Amazing service from all staff! We were even able to make it out before closing time, would recommend 100%

Took my toddler to be seen on a Sunday morning. The wait time was over an hour, not a deal breaker. The front office representative was not attentive nor courteous. Just provided the bare minimum customer service. The nurse was okay. The PA has zero bedside manners. Our toddler tested positive for RSV and influenza. The PA instructed us to keep him hydrated and control his fever. When we asked questions such as what alternatives to water can we give him. The PA answered condescending "Pedialyte if you can get him to drink it". Or when we asked to control his fever should he wear a few light layers. Bundle him. PA response "it's why I'm telling you, give him ibuprofen and he won't have a fever. He can wear whatever he wants". The tone of voice and lack of compassion made our interaction very unpleasant. No point in asking questions if the response will be condescending and carefree. I was very disappointed in this facility. There's not even a visit summary report at the end of the visit handed to us. Unable to reach the front desk. And the prescription was not sent timely. I would recommend not having such PA work at a pediatric center. Very unprofessional staff.

They are very attentive caring and are always helpful, they are usually fast and get you in and out and genuinely care for their patients.

Booking the appointment was a piece of cake. However the check in process wasn’t as easy. So our appointment time came and went. The Nurse Practitioner was really nice and thorough. I would recommend the Urgent Care for the ease of getting an appointment.

The staff was so kind and gentle with my toddler! The wait time was short and scheduling was very easy online.

The provider and staff was great. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and they took care of my daughter so well. The Mansfield urgent care is the best.
