I’m frustrated with the way the NP spoke to me. Yes I know covid is a virus. But I’ve been sick for over a week and feel I have a sinus infection. She was very condescending when I asked her opinion on if I needed An antibiotic

Jessica was polite, friendly, supportive, great skill technique and able to de-escalate a potential problem due to her co-workers unfriendly, unsupportive, and impolite greeting of patients entering the door and upon being asked the nature of their visit. I didn’t get the name of the young lady working with Jessica on 01/17/2021 @ 1000 but whom ever she is, she does not need to be working at the front desk as a receptionist. Parents are coming in with sick children and COVID has changed the normal routine on check-in. COVID TESTING has now become mandatory for travel to certain places and adults patients are experiencing anxiety related to testing before travel. You need people working the front desk who can be friendly and supportive.

We had some trouble getting her video visit, but the staff Katlin&Maria were very helpful in resolving this issue. Only problem is had to fill in info on solv 3 times before we could get link to log in. But all in all it wasn't terrible. Also I had already been tested @ 1:20 & they helped us get her tested so we did have to make 2 separate trips. It was greatly. Terry '& Teresa Jo Lewis

Covid testing: Called to check in upon arrival. While checking in verified with the clinic rep that we did complete a virtual visit this morning which she stated they had no documentation of. Sat in the car for about 25min even though there were no other patients ahead of us (per the app). I called back in the clinic to follow up on the wait time and then someone new asked me had I called to check in when I got there even though I received a confirmation email that I was checked in. Finally a nice young lady cones out to complete the test which took all of 3 seconds. I was told we would get the results in an hour or less but still no results after 5 hours. Probably won’t use then again.
