The receptionist has a terrible attitude. She didnt really want to answer any questions. She didn’t even raise her head when she said bye to us.  She was too busy playing on her phone.   The PA and the medical assistant/RN were nice.  I had a better experience before this place changed their name. We waited longer than an hour even with an appointment.

My son have a sore throat, I was able to set up an appt in the morning, the waiting time was considerably short, is something that we love! I would recommended 100%, bring your kids here!  Clinic was so clean and quiet too!

Scheduling was easy but the appointments were over booked and even though I book the 10pm slot, I couldn't see anyone till 10 40 pm. Front desk person told that they are still seeing 9 pm patients. If I can't get the service in 15 to20 mins (which is understandable).. what is the point of booking appointment.

Long waiting time. Referred to ER saying it is viral infection. Spent 5 hours at ER, doc saying it’s bacterial infection. Today went to son’s pediatrician - it’s bacterial. This place needs more qualified doctors.

Made an appointment website said there was 2 people ahead and waited 1 hour to be called.

Took our daughter after she was complaining of ear pain. Made the appointment online which was fine. Got to the office a few minutes early and told there were more forms. Got them finished and waited. Had over 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby followed by another 30 in the exam room. The entire office smelled and had nothing to entertain kids in the exam rooms (books, crayons, manipulative, etc). The waiting for an hour+ with a sick kid after having an appointment was really frustrating. We went to this clinic when it was Nightlight pediatrics and everything was amazing. I was caught off guard with this visit.

My daughter wokeup with a fever congestion, an ear pain and was complaining with chest pain. The making an appt the same day was super fast but once i checked in i had to wait 3 hrs in order to be able to be seen and it ended up been nothing wrong, i haven't had any issues in the past but i guess today was just not a good day..

Waited too long despite of scheduling in the app. Scheduled at 9:15pm through the app. Seen by NP at about 10:20pm. Got out of the clinic at about 11:15pm. NP prescribed antibiotic that could possibly have interaction with my son’s current daily medications. She did not give any patient education regarding the possible interaction like increased risk for seizure.

Wait time of 4 hours at an urgent care with a 1.5 year old was insane.
