Scheduling was very easy. Staff was friendly. The provider was excellent, great bedside manner and included me in the plan of care. She took her time and didn’t rush through the appointment despite a busy clinic. My only criticism was the wait time. We had a 1:20 appointment and waited in the waiting room for over an hour past our appointment time before being brought back for our visit. We then waited in the room for another 20 minutes before the provider came in. I could understand waiting if I was a walk in however we had an appointment. It seems the appointment times should be longer or a second provider should be assigned to help manage the patient load.

This place is always a great experience in coming here. Scheduling is very easy and effortless.  Check in is a breeze . The staff is always so nice and friendly and treats everyone with kindness and care,  I would definitely recommend them to everyone who l know . On a scale of 1-10, definitely runs over a 10. Love this place!! They get you in and out making sure you’re well taken care of and they do it with a lot of love!! The facility is always nice , clean and inviting to walk into. Thanks for always being an amazing staff and team. You guys definitely exceeds expectations..💛💛

It was hard to feel staff cared or pay attention to details about the prescription and did end up sending my three kids to three Walgreens! Did take the thorough document and was not kid friendly considering that it was kids urgent care! I recommend being empathetic to little one when they getting the procedure done! To them is a big deal to swap their nose.

Had issues with checking in. With that being said, the nurse/pediatrician we sweet, seemed to legitimately care and welcoming! This is miles from my house since they shut down the closer one, however I would have no problem returning as the care was amazing!

The online scheduling was easy. The staff were great and easy to talk too. The build needs updating. I would recommend this company.

The wait time was awful. Went in with feverish kids and there were paperwork/app issues so that took a bit and then we were shown to the room and it was a long time until a nurse came to see us at all. Kids were clawing at the walls. The wait time after getting swabbed was fine but we waited 2 hours and 15 minutes just to get swabbed.

The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable, she had excellent bedside manners. Great experience, the wait time was a little long but honestly I  didn’t care after talking to the provider.  The nurses were very friendly as well

Having a sick kiddo is never fun but coming here is always a pleasure. Thanks for everything you do!

Took my first child to this clinic before and now taking my second baby, this is my favorite place to take them get checked whenever they get sick because I like how caring and helpful this place is, the check in is fast , the staff is so friendly ...for sure recommend !!
