Staff were nice and patient care was good but waiting time was long

Nurse Practitioner Amelia Willis is the best doctor we had in a while.

I booked my daughter an appointment this morning because she was having some issues with her chest. I even stated that it was likely she would need an x-ray. When they called me and no one mentioned that there was no x-ray technician. They kept us waiting for over an hour even though we had an appointment and then when we finally got in, they informed us that they could not do x-rays and I had to drive 20 minutes to a different location and I’m now waiting again so that she can get an x-ray highly frustrating this all could’ve been solved if they had just said they could not do x-rays.

front desk is just rude. You need to change to the person who knows how to make call and introduce herself before inquiring any personal information about patients. As well she needs to be taught a basic customer service skills.  We have waited over an hour for our doctor to come, and if I would not ask she was going to go to another patient skipping us.

The doctor and staff were very helpful! I really appreciated their care for my son!

Granddaughter was not feeling well, and she was complaining of throat issues. Her doctor could not fit her in on Friday and would have to wait until Monday for an appointment. Saturday she was worse, so we did a walk in, lot of paperwork but it went fast. The staff was nice and asked a lot of questions. The doctor was amazing answering all the questions we had and rechecked all her vitals and to make sure that she was diagnosed correctly. Great service and our prescription were ready within 1 hour.

Super efficient, fantastic staff, and clean facilities. The whole process took less than an hour and my son received high quality care. Best urgent care for children in the area!

Staff was friendly, the Dr was thorough and quick. Very happy with my visit, will definitely return.

My son was sick and not feeling well the lady in the front with blonde hair is mean and didn’t want to help us. She doesn’t like her job. The other ladies were so nice and took better care of us. The doctor and nurses were so kind and gave him medicine to not vomit. We will come back and hope that lady isn’t there again.
