My son presented with cold symptoms so I made him and appointment online. Making the appointment was easy, but once we arrived for the appointment we waited about 30 or 45 minutes for weight check and to be taken back to a room. Once in room we waited for another 20-30 minutes for the nurse to come in an ask why we were there and to take temperature and blood pressure. She left and we waited another 20 minutes for the provider to come in. She didn’t seem confident in her ability to find out what was wrong with my son. I felt like she did a very very general check over him and then came to the conclusion she wasn’t sure what was going on. We did do a Covid, Flu, and RSV test which took another 25 minutes to do and complete. Overall I would not recommend coming back to this clinic in person. I might do the virtual part next time. Overall, I feel like I wasted 3 hours today and still had a sick kid.

Made an appt and still had to wait for 2 hours. I was told that the appt time was when they check you in but walk ins can come first. What’s the point of an appt system! The wait times are ridiculous.

Son came home with left arm hurting. We were able to walk in and get seen within an hour. Front desk staff were stiff, unsympathetic and unfriendly. She did not smile or appear to adjust her tone when I said I was hard of hearing and could not hear her. When I said I was concerned my son’s arm was broken and wanted an xray, she said that the doctor will decide what is needed or something like that. I thought it was rude.  Rooming staff was friendly although she could explain things and set expectations a little bit more with providing additional details. She was prompt to respond when I asked questions. The doctor was very attentive, caring, pleasant. She medicated my son for pain and also showed the drays to us, explaining her findings. The facility was clean overall but the appearance of dead bugs inside the ceiling lamps and the smell were not desirable.

I booked my daughter an appointment this morning because she was having some issues with her chest. I even stated that it was likely she would need an x-ray. When they called me and no one mentioned that there was no x-ray technician. They kept us waiting for over an hour even though we had an appointment and then when we finally got in, they informed us that they could not do x-rays and I had to drive 20 minutes to a different location and I’m now waiting again so that she can get an x-ray highly frustrating this all could’ve been solved if they had just said they could not do x-rays.

front desk is just rude. You need to change to the person who knows how to make call and introduce herself before inquiring any personal information about patients. As well she needs to be taught a basic customer service skills.  We have waited over an hour for our doctor to come, and if I would not ask she was going to go to another patient skipping us.

Granddaughter was not feeling well, and she was complaining of throat issues. Her doctor could not fit her in on Friday and would have to wait until Monday for an appointment. Saturday she was worse, so we did a walk in, lot of paperwork but it went fast. The staff was nice and asked a lot of questions. The doctor was amazing answering all the questions we had and rechecked all her vitals and to make sure that she was diagnosed correctly. Great service and our prescription were ready within 1 hour.
