Awfully unorganized.  No one knew what anyone else was doing.  Was told to switch to telehealth, switched and took longer than in office.  Dr on telehealth was confused. Had 3 kids being seen, not a good experience.  We’ve been many times before - has gone downhill

I have not heard from anyone regarding my daughter’s results and I do not know who to contact in order to get them.

We only go here always friendly and definitely know my kids

Scheduled appt online to arrive to be told rudely they were running behind. (No worries it's urgent care), so I figured half hour to an hour....after waiting for 45 min they then asked if I would switch to a virtual appt....sure....another 30 of waiting for the Dr. To tell me she wants to do a strep test. She will call it in and they will be right out.another 45 min waiting in car...for them to come out to do strep test, then they will call or email in 30 min to tell me results(it's a 6 min. Test). Then call me in 30 min to tell me it's positive but only after yelling at me that I didn't check my email to see results first...the same results they were calling to tell me mind you. The nurse on phone was VERY IRRITATED and made it known that I didn't check my email before she called. My son was sick with 103 fever...me checking email was not priority! They sent me 4 text messages to pay them( I paid when I booked appt). They charged me for in house visit, and the virtual visit and the phone call! I will not be returning!!!

I've been being my kids here for awhile now. We love it. Everyone is super friendly and professional.

After waiting an hour pasr our appointment time, and not being called, we switched to telemed visit and waited another hour for that and curbside testing for flu and step.

Nurses are always so nice and the providers too .we have been going here almost 5 years now and will continue to go here i appreciate them so much
