I had a long wait today. Lot of problem with completing forms. It may have been because I brought three kids. Doctor was excellent and the nurse was good. I would mark the receptionist as fair because she could help folks through their wait to try to minimize time in lobby.

My child woke up this morning pulling at his ear and I was able to schedule an appointment for him to be seen same day. Staff was very pleasant. And he did end up having a ears infection and was prescribed antibiotics. We have come here repeatedly. Love the care

Awful. I waited almost four hours to be seen only for a rough doctor to manhandle my son on his wound and then tell me to go to an er. I want my money back. They endangered my son with their poor everything. Oh and the place was filthy. Crumbs on the floor, no hand sanitizer readily available, filthy chairs. Nightmare. Avoid this place. I have received harassing phone calls from this establishment by a representative that implied my son’s eye injury was not important enough for their staff. Next time his vision is in danger or any time, I will never come to this incompetent facility.

Too long of a wait need more doctors working waited too long

The wait time was terrible.  We were there just under 3 hours.  However, the nurse and doctor were very caring and thorough.

We brought our daughter in for an allergy reaction. Instead of listening to us, they continued to blame it on an allergen that we know that it was not because we gave our daughter the same thing before and after the allergic reaction without any signs or symptoms. It is such a waste of time. Disappointed and we will never come back again.

Scheduling was a piece of cake front desk staff and tech were so nice and friendly ..  cost was what I expected  I would recommend the provider

Arrived to facility without an appointment. Check in was fairly easy. Paperwork very convenient to fill out from your phone. I dislike having to write at times lol. We were there 3.5 hours max. The nursing staff took care of us from the check in, to triage. I really appreciate the level of patient care these sweet ladies posses. It’s the type of compassion needed in the medical field. The doctor was nothing short of amazing. So sweet and gentle. She listens to understand. She treated the patient and not just the symptoms. I appreciate this facility and will be coming back if ever needed. You can’t go wrong here.

Made an appt but wasn’t seen until 2 hours later. Won’t be going back.
