Everyone always provides truly exceptional service. We waited a little longer than usual even with an appt but nothing too crazy. Very happy with the care drs provide to my children. Thank you.

When we walked in, no one greeted us. We had no idea there was a wait until I saw on our portal that it possibly looked like an hour (yikes! But okay). No. We checked in 10 minutes prior to our RESERVATION and still waited 3 HOURS to be seen!! Then I’m told there was only one doctor and one MA. it’s sick season so that’s really ridiculous.

Good customer service and the staff are nice and they know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Very slow service. We booked an appointment for 8:45 PM but were only able to get in by 9:30 PM. The kid has been in fever for 4 days and they co firmed that the throat is red but still did not prescribe a medicine. We are continuing with over the counter medicine until the test results come in 3 days. The kid is coughing and giving a medicine or feeding the kid is really hard in such a sotuation because she can vomit any time. They asked us to keep calling to check about the results because they will only call if the test is positive. But since we do not know when the results would come we are just calling twice a day. The only problem is that I do not know of an alternate provider for kids who is open late in day. Otherwise I would never go to this place.

Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. Still waited about 30 minutes to be seen but worth it with how attentive everyone was. I would recommend going here if your kiddo is sick.

I got off work at 5 after cooking dinner I noticed my toddlers fever was back high non stop body shaking and bad cough I took a look at there appt schedule around 7pm I schedule for 8:10pm no wait staff was great! The doctor was amazing quick and was able to submit a prescription for us right away I was out by 8:42 thank you so much

Booked online still waited about 40 min to get seen & 20 min for a doctor. Service good

It took us about 2 hours total from walk-in to being seen and checking out (5:30-7:30pm). We requested for the prescription to be sent to a different pharmacy because our preferred one was closed as of 5 pm on Sunday. Had to call the office at 8 pm and confirm it was sent. They resent but the pharmacy had no record of it. Pediatrix closed at 9 and we couldn’t resend the prescription. I’m not sure if something will show up in the morning but we really needed the antibiotics this evening. Super aggravating for us.

Scheduling was simple since my info was already there. Check in was smooth! Staff is amazing like always.

Made a appoinment for 7 pm called us back in a hr and waited another 1 hr to be seen.
