Appointments here are always a breeze but the best part hands down is Bridget’s bedside manner and her overall way with kids. I can’t say enough about this location.

My 5yo son has been dealing with respiratory infections since he was diagnosed with a weak throat muscle at 2 months old. And every year he ends up in the ER or Urgent care for steroids at least 3-4 times a year. We've seen and dealt with everyone's fair share and this has been by far the best experience. From check-in, to our nurse Bri/Bree (I'm so sorry if I butchered it), and our Nurse Practitioner! They were all amazing ladies! So friendly, warm, inviting, with amazing bedside manner. Wish they could be our regular pediatrician office! But now we know exactly where to go the next time we have to have a visit for Croup.

I used to go to the 249 location which they usually awesome too but this location was perfect ! My now to go location any time my baby girls get sick ! Every one was so perfect and doc was awesome with my daughters both were sick . Awesome they were able to check both my daughters ! No wait so quick .

I came in here with my child not in the greatest state of mind very worried about my little ones health. They really helped me a lot Everything was  a five out of five truly, if I ever need to, I 100% will be coming back here.

I was very pleased with this urgent care when they took in my child who had a forehead wound. The staff were friendly, respectful & helpful when they shared what to expect & answered questions. The NP was knowledgeable and knew how to explain procedures to my 4y old to prevent any anxiety. He also answered my questions without making me feel rushed. Just know that scheduling a visit may not result in being seen on the appt time - we had a decent wait. However, I feel it was worth it because all the staff were great.

Everyone in the office is very kind and attentive.

Appointment was in and out got the medication I needed for my son everything was well explained as far as his diagnosis was able to get him what he needed to get better love this place

This is my second time coming to this location and I’ve got to say that I do love it. The wait time is very minimal, very quick, clean and efficient staff, but what I loved the most was the way the nurse practitioner interacted with my child!! I will definitely keep coming to this location for my sick visits!

Thank you all you do and the NP was very calming and very informative also she was funny as well made the whole process less stressful! Front staff very friendly and always checking in thank you woodlands team!!
