The overall process of booking an appointment and interacting with the front desk and the assistant who took my child information before the actual Dr came in was awesome. However, when the Dr came her bed side manners was horrible, it seems like she had an attitude with my daughter even though I explained to her she has a phobia about getting her ears and throat checked because of past experiences at the ER. Whenever my children are sick over the weekend, I always go to this location because of the staff and the care given to them. The last Dr who treated my daughter understand her fears and was able to get the job done without getting annoyed at her. I just wish she had more patience towards my child and wasn't nonchalant about me seeing her frustration. I also waited a very long time before she entered the room. At first I thought she was a front end clerk until she entered the room.

My little one had an incident on Tuesday afternoon and we ended up having to go to urgent care. I found this one as it was super close to our house, the check in process was so easy & they were so kind. They were super helpful even though I was a bit frantic & everything was so quick and easy! They were all super patient as well with my little one. Will be coming back here if we ever need an urgent care for him.

Scheduled an appointment for the first time and it was pointless to have one, waited a whole hour for just a follow up with the nurse. Staff was great as usual.

My son was showing signs of an eye infection and we were able to make an appointment within a couple hours to go in. The staff was incredibly friendly and took great care of him. Our only issue was that we waited over an hour past our appointment time before seeing anyone. Not sure why they still have appointments showing as available if they are running so far behind in schedule, and they don’t provide a ton of updates or information about how long the wait would be.

This isn’t my first visit here, and I always enjoy great experiences with the staff—they’re fantastic. However, I’ve noticed that since my first visit four years ago, the walls have been in need of repair, paint, and touch-ups. It would be wonderful if the aesthetic aspects of the center could be addressed.  I recommend this Urgent Care to all my family and friends.

The Wait time was too long and customer service poor.

Walked it with my sick 1.5 year old thirty minutes before they closed. I was rejected at an urgent care near by so I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The staff was super kind and did not hesitate to help us at all. I was so impressed and super thankful for their help, that this will now be the place I bring my children to. Definitely recommend bringing your babies here!
