My daughter came home with an earache and is prone to ear infections, so we easily made an appointment online to be seen at 9pm. We got there early about 8:30 and checked in taken back by 9:15, come 10pm we hadn’t seen or spoken to about the long wait time. We will not return. Communication is so important. I would’ve understood had the waiting room been packed, but it wasn’t.

Waited over an hour past our appointment. Very clearly understaffed or overbooked.

The nurses were great. Long wait time and when I checked in there was only one’s person ahead of me. Took over an hour of waiting for my son, who was having breathing problems, to be seen

We’re return patients. This clinic is consistently quick, clean, and competent. Everyone we’ve encountered has been kind and professional. I know we’ll be returning the next time the need arises.

My baby had an earache and this was my next option for the day before I had to take to an emergency room !!!I scheduled an appt. Online and it was easy as can be! They literally save my day and money and time! The whole staff was soo nice and helpful! They treated my baby with so much care and helped as much as they could, god bless and may he continue to bless this awesome  business.

There should be more humility. Listen to the parent and patient more respectfully instead of being dismissive especially when a child is at risk. There should be no judgement of any kind especially against children with disabilities. I will not be recommending the provider to anyone. I do not want some other parent to go through the same problems. Only the tech. lady with glasses was compassionate and respectful.

My daughter was not feeling well love bringing my kids here instead of waiting for the next day to make them an appointment staff is always friendly.

I took my daughter for a cough, and I was able to do an appointment online the same day. The staff and the doctor were amazing.

Took my son with fever and Dr said he didn’t have anything and didn’t even prescribed medicine for him all that, waited for 3 hours and for her to say that 😡🤬!! And my son is still with fever this is his 3rd day and had NOTHING as per Dr
