Efficient and fast. Got my results in 10 min.

One person working was very friendly. Service was not an issue but the price was outrageous. We paid $230 for a Covid test when multiple other places nearby do them for almost $100 less but we had already made the appointment at this place when someone told us. There were 4 of us and we should have cancelled and went to one of the many other test sites.

The service was great but I couldn't upload a negative Covid 19 test result to the Safe Hawaii Travel Program. It appears that the required date and time specimen collected info is illegible on the report, thus unreadable by the scanner.

Only frustrating part - the form with testing results does not easily upload to Hawaii Travel.gov webpage. Keeps giving me error message that it is not an approved provider. If our travel is affected we will very upset given this test was very expensive as well. Going to bring our paper copies to the airport and hope they are accepted.

The two girls who worked there were great and stay later for us so we could go out Covid test done so we can continue our honeymoon on the big island
