Administered wrong test!

I waiting for 45mins in the parking lot & called the urgent care several times with no one answering their phones. Only for the med assist to tell me that my provider was going to give me a call. Other than that no communication & I finally left because its ridiculous to wait over 45mins when I scheduled an appt & ppl who arrived after me would be seen before & leave before.

After scheduling an appointment, waited an additional 45 minutes to be seen.

The staff was really nice and apologetic. I went there to get a Covid test done on a Saturday. I made an appointment for 10:30am and parked at the location at 10:20am. I was unaware that I needed to be seen by one of the doctors before receiving a test. It would have been nice if their website was more clear on instructions. They should list in bold on their homepage “If you are requesting a covid test because of these reasons then please make an appointment to see the doctor” or something like that. From what I remember seeing, it only had that tests MAY need a doctor referral but no helpful additional information. Because of this, I was put on the wait list to have the doctor call me. I knew they were busy, so I tried to be as understanding as possible. However, it was frustrating because I was waiting in my car for a total of 4 hours. When a nurse called and came outside, they apologized and thanked us for waiting. My review is “okay” only because of the long wait and the vague information. However, I’ll still continue to go to this particular location as I have been for many many years because I know my experience wasn’t 100% their fault.

Waited for more than 30 minutes (there was an emergency) but once the Covid test was administered results were quick.

Did not take kaiser for covid test. WASTE of time!!!
