Came in for pink eye. The PA said it wasn’t pink eye. Went to my eye specialist and they confirmed it was pink eye.

Overall experience was great. Except the cost. 200 bucks for a covid test my son's boss made him get.

Went in for an ear ache and the staff and the PA, Lily were super nice and courteous! Lily was very thorough and explained all my treatment options. Highly recommend this Urgent Care in Casper!

I called to see if there was a wait. Halle was super helpful and pleasant. We were taken right in Jackie the nurse was so nice to my three year old. And Venice the PA was great. Fast, kind, and knowledgeable. She made sure to try to call in the Rx to the place most likely to fill it tonight so my kiddo would start to get better faster.

I appreciate that we can make appointments, therefore ease of scheduling times. And if one is really sick, it allows them to stay in their car up until their appointment instead of the waiting room. Also the practitioners are always very pleasant, respectful and professional.

Day four of not feeling well. Scheduled an appointment online. Check in was a breeze. The receptionist, nurse and Dr were all very nice and compassionate.

My son has had stomach pains for a few weeks now. Kinda felt like she believed he was faking it to not go to school. Today puking and diarrhea. Made apt with my physician but can't get him in for 3 weeks.

Overall everything went smoothly.  Wait time was a little long for a preset time. Doc wasn’t sure if the rash was shingles but decided to treat as though.  Overall pleased!!

I have been sick for over a week with a cough, chest congestion and sore throat. My symptoms have gotten worse causing shortness of breath and chest discomfort with coughing,  I was told by the provider that this is a viral bronchitis and until i have been sick for 8-10 days she would not prescribe me an antibiotic leaving me to be sick for a longer period of time without any relief. She stated to call her in a few days if I was not feeling better and we could discuss other options at that point. Me nor my family will never use this healthcare facility for our medical needs again!
