Horrible service. Went for a covid test and it was very busy - completely understandable. I was also tested for strep at the same time - the physician wasn't wearing gloves. I was told I would have results within three days. On the third day I called to get my results and was told somone would get a hold of me when they were in. I was not asked my name, just brushed off. Finally, after a week, I called and asked again for results. This time someone did ask my name and looked up and told me the results had been there for 5 days - which would be helpful if someone had called OR looked up my name the first time I called. They had no record of my strep test so I have no idea where that is. The reason I wasn't contacted was because my phone number was entered wrong. When I called back and asked for a copy of the results I was told to come pick them up and "just call when you're in the parking lot and someone will bring them out". I said "do you need my name?" I'm told "no, just call when you are here". I do exactly that and when I called at arrival, I was told "just come inside". When I go inside I was asked "was someone going to print these and have them waiting for you?" Who is in charge at this place? It is SO disorganized and just all around NOT a reliable facility. I would suggest you go to any office but this one. I will NEVER be back.

Staff were very friendly and being able to make an appointment online was convenient. No waiting at all. The nurse Practitioner I saw was not in a rush and was very attentive. Great experience!
