Ignore all the old reviews, there is a new doctor in charge and she is amazing! I've been to the office on 2 occasions in 2023 and the staff has been friendly and helpful both times. The office and the rooms are clean and tidy. I didn't wait long either time to be put in a room, and once in the room waited about the expected time to be seen. Dr Cruz does a great job of listening to the reasons for being in the clinic and was very thorough with solutions. I was able to go next door to a different medical office for an xray and got that done very quickly, and then Dr Cruz gave me the results and a treatment plan. She even followed up with me the next morning to see how I was doing.

Terrible. Unprofessional staff and physician. Wrong diagnosis from the Dr had to go to another urgent care for proper treatment and diagnosis. Don’t waste your time or money. Had I read the reviews before going, I would not have gone.

I came in with some not so great symptoms and was the only one in the office. Not only did I wait over an hour to be seen, the service and cleanliness was trash. The doctor, an older man, (when he finally came in my room) was extremely aggressive and condescending towards me, basically yelling at me to quickly answer him. He rushed me too, and as I was trying to ask questions about the medication he was trying to send me off with, he visibly showed his annoyance. He was trying to make me feel stupid more than once. I’m very glad I had the nurse come in the room with me for another reason because I would be extremely uncomfortable being in a room with him. Not only that, when they sent me to take a urine test in the bathroom, there was urine stains on the towels from a previous patient where I was supposed to put my cup. Disgusting. Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary for a medical practice. Decided to give two stars instead of one because the two nurses were nice and helpful.
