If you need healthcare in the Neosho / Joplin area this is the place to go. The doctor was amazing and really knew his stuff. I had an infection that I could not shake for the past 2 weeks. I have been up hacking and coughing and no amount of cough syrup helped. I was in and out of this facility with a shot and prescriptions and felt better than I have in a long time after 2 days.

Would highly recommend this facility. I read the reviews on google and decided to try it. Super clean office. The front desk receptionist was friendly. Doctor knew what he was talking about and really took his time explaining everything. If you want a place that treats you like a real human you should definitely go here.

I was referred to Urgent Care of Missouri by my employer, after I fell at work. I have worked in health care for 24+ years. This facility treated me horribly! Once I arrived, the receptionist stepped aside to consult with the NPA. She came back to tell me that they do not work with Workman Comp cases as they do not have xray machines. She further went on to state, " ...it is like insurance companies. They will say that a provider accepts their insurance when in fact they do not." As I presented 30 minutes before closing, it was obvious that the staff were more interested in leaving for the day than patient care. I WILL NOT recommend this Urgent Care to anyone in the community as they will only see people that are convienent to their limited preferences.
