What patients are saying...

I visited the clinic due to not feeling well and was immediately greeted, though the atmosphere lacked warmth or friendliness—there were no smiles or displays of kindness. After my exam, the Physician Assistant (PA) informed me that, although my COVID test was negative, she suspected I had COVID, despite not performing a thorough examination, such as listening to my lungs or heart. It felt as though the assumption that every illness is COVID-related has become the standard since the pandemic began. The PA also offered to prescribe antibiotics, even though she acknowledged that my symptoms didn’t seem to be bacterial in nature. I was frustrated, as I did not want unnecessary medication; I wanted to understand the root cause of my illness. She then proceeded to listen to my lungs and heart but did not check my ears, which I had to mention were hurting. She apologized, but at that point, I was left questioning the quality of care I was receiving. Given my experience, I would not recommend this urgent care facility. I paid a $30 co-pay through my insurance, but in hindsight, I feel that the service provided was inadequate, and I am left wondering if the visit was worth it.

Went on website which says you accept all insurance, not true. Made an appointment, which when I got to the facility the nurse said you dont accept appointments. Last I brought my son here a month ago and had a great experience but was told it was a mistake they took our insurance then. Update your website and figure it out.

Both patrons who took care of me were so kind and patient. Listened to me. I got kind of upset and they were so supportive and comforting. Thank you.

I hate to admit I didn’t get her name, it was not the first time we’ve seen her. But the lovely nurse with the long red hair is amazing. She is always very sweet and professional and she makes the visit very pleasant every time we have been there.

Very quick service. No one else in the waiting room. The only issue I had was that the pharmacy kept telling me that they hadn't gotten my prescriptions. Eventually Urgent Care called them, but only one was filled that night. I had to call back in the morning to have the second one sent over to the pharmacy again. The healthcare provider that saw me and everyone else I dealt with was very professional.

Walked in and there was no wait:) Entire staff was super friendly.  Didn't have to wait for a paper script. They called it in immediately for antibiotics.  All I had to do was go pick them up.  It's always a great experience!
