I took my daughter in to have an X-ray done of her nose because someone hit her in the nose with their head while playing basketball. I mad an appointment and put in the notes what I was needing. When I arrived for my appointment I had to register in the iPad and put in why we were there again. I paid my $250 copay (had not met deductible for my daughter) and waited to be called back. The nurse that takes pulse rate came in and did that then asked what we were in for today and I told her, again. When the NP came in she also asked. She looked at my daughters nose and said that we would have to go to the ER for something like that. I asked why wouldn’t I have been told that before I paid my $250 copay. She said she would speak to her office manager. This happened in June. I have gone back there 3 times to ask to speak with the office manager. I’m told she is not there and that they will take a message for her to give me a call. It is now July 21st and I still have not received a call. Blasting businesses on social media seem to be the only way to get them to respond these days. I feel like I was ripped off. Again, I have called several times and gone by in person and I still have not received any response. Do not go here! People work hard for their money and don’t deserve to have this done to them.
