I went to urgent care on 8-14-21, my experience was absolutely horrible, i did’nt have any Covid symptoms just a little bit if congestion and fatigue, The front desk attendant forced us to test for Covid, which we didnt need. They told us that the doctor would not see us without Covid test. We waited two hours in line for the test after attendant took our driver’s license and credit card and gave is a form to fill. The nurse came afterwards and told us that the doctor will connect with us over facetime on phone. Nurse ran the swab for Covid. Ninety minutes later the doctor contacted us on phone and told us that he will be sending prescription to the pharmacy after the Covid results. They charged us $275 as we were self pay. They never called the pharmacy and never contacted us after the visit. I find their service highly unprofessional and very disappointing

$175.00 for a covid test... Without even taking my temperature that was the Very First thing I was Told I needed. I left. 4 Months later I get a call from them requarding my missing Drivers License that they have had for 4 months in there office with not a single attempt from them to inform me that they had it. Why?? Was it KEEP?? Hostage? $175.00? Must have been the reasoning. Wouldn't take my DOG to this place.

I called Expecare Family Care Urgent Cared of Texas since November of 2019. After I placed a review on the clinic and staff, I received a call from the coordinator Mena and from Dr Saeed, MD. The owner and one of the doctors there that treated. After Dr. Saeed, MD. Verbally abused me along with his staff he says he had an epiphany and decided to correct the mistakes made while treating me. They tried to coverup the horrible events, treatment and steps taken which were incorrect diagnosis, medication, and refers and racial discrimination which I received while being treated there. I was told many times that the case was closed and refused to see me though I had state insurance coverage. Things related the previous visit. All for money but never to treat the patient. After making the correct poorly, they ask me to remove the review. I received referral to physicians which did not accept my insurance. I have been trying since November to get this correct. They would not answer (caller id), not relay messages, not answer emails. I learn that is was because of the high turnover in staff. No one would stay. I also learned that Dr. Saeed, MD instructed his staff to refuse all calls from me. This was told to me by the new referral coordinator Kathy. She stated that they no longer accept state insurance and that they deliberately refused my calls and responses. Every time I would ask for the manager of the clinic or owner Dr Saeed, MD to return my calls the same rude staff would refuse the message or say that he did not want to talk with me. I have been attempting to get the referral corrected consistently for three weeks now. I tried calling Thursday February 6, 2020 ask to leave a message for the doctor the front desk female hung up on me numerous times. I called Friday February 7, 2020 it was the same rudeness, though I asked for a name and the female told me “it was none of my business” and continued to hang up. I received a call back from Kathy who told me that the referral would be completed that day per after speaking to Dr Saeed, MD. Today Tuesday, February 11, 2020 I called in because the receiving physician have not received the referral. The receiving physician also stated that their calls and fax went unresponsive. I spoke to Masuta who screamed “that the clinic is not to talk not do anything pertain to me” and hung up on me over and repeatedly. At this point I must take legal action and file a formal complaint on the clinic and staff. This is how they treat the sick and injured.

Staff and Doctors very nice. Physical Therapy by Dr. Bayoumy Elnad very good. He is patient, and explains everything well, and guides you through all steps of treatment and excercise. I felt better after every visit. Highly recommend him.

I love all the staff especially the nurses! (I wish I knew names to give them shout outs) The doctor was also able to find the problem that I had in just a couple of days when I had been dealing with the issue for many many years. Life changing. Everyone is great 10/10 staying with them!!

Doctors and staff are very good and friendly they really know how to care the patients . You need a good health care go to urgent care.

Doctor Saeed is my PCP and I have been using Arlington Urgent care services for one year now and I am very pleased with their work, I recommend this place for everybody, they have good doctors and staff too. Soheila Rafizadeh 18 April 2019

Love this clinic and Dr. Saeed! they are the only urgent care I know where you can get IV and my visit last week I was told that they now have this new testing for flu and other viruses which is super accurate and none of the other clinics in the city have it.

My experience was awful, the nurse practitioner was not knowledgeable and had to google a medication to see if I could take it because I’m pregnant. They did not help at all!
