AVOID! Lost my blood, never called, I had to do all followup go back and get more drawn. One of several problems there. Kristen is one of the most Rude individuals I have ever dealt with. After 2 months of trying to get a referral, it was blamed on insurance, me, other thigns, they were working on it etc etc and after 2 months of course I was irritated. Called and Kristen completely cut me off and interrupted me while I was trying to talk, she kept doing that and I finally yelled to try and get her to stop so I could get something said. She hung up. Called back, she hung up, then put me on hold then I talked to someone else. I asked to speak to the doctor which was Dane, they said he was busy with patients so I drove up there. Instead of helping me or even hearing me, first thing Dane said is, this will be short "you need to leave". All I have been trying to get was a simple referral. Like any normal person trying to get a doctors office to do a simple easy task like submit the referral after 2 months of this not happening I am the bad guy and the one told to leave because I was upset. I think the fact I was patient for 2 months says more about their inability to do a simple Job. Funny, people I have talked to love the providers and hate the staff. I dont hate the staff, I just think Kristen in particular is too abrasive a personality and heartless to be in a position to show any compassion to a persons needs. She is the face of that place. As far as the MA's, if they cant do simple things, then hire better people. I do not believe this place is equipped to be a PCP. They need to stick to urgent care only. Dane, doubt you will ever read this, but I actually had respect for you, but today proved different. I did not walk in cussing or screaming or even raising my voice. In fact i never said a word. You just told me to leave. You told me on other visits the staff had incompetence problems. I just wanted to know why no one there cared to help me. Cared to take my health seriously enough to help get a referral. I get you wanted to show you back your office staff, but you could have easily done that by just talking with me. Couldn't even do that. Of course now they will not at all

I had a very pleasant expierence! I would love to have a primary care physician there if the VA or Medicare would pay for it. Everyone was very friendly and very thorough! Can you let me know if you are set up with the VA?

Easy to make appt on line, medical staff is efficient and friendly. It took my regular physician’s office 8 hours to call me back after trying to make appt but Urgent Care saw me immediately & was diagnosed in about an hour!

I had seen a teladoc the night prior and it was awful and told it was viral. Monday my symptoms got so much worse that I started breathing shallow and unable to swallow. Care Now is where I usually go and my webcheck check in said it was a 5 1/2 wait. I looked at one more option prior to going to the emergency room and I am so happy I got in, they saw me immediately, listened to me and took proper action to ensure I was going to start feeling better.
