Dr. Harvey was so nice and friendly and so was Christy. They’re working their butts off back there and doing a great job. The check in staff was equally friendly and helpful. Really appreciate them all.

Came after work 30 minutes till close the kind front desk lady quickly got me checked in and seen. Customer service 10/10. The woman who took my tests was so friendly and polite she made me feel calm and safe. I had a woman named Amy as my doctor and she explained my sickness with detail and experience. She also had amazing bed side manor and I will 100% be back here next time I get sick. High recommended

Experienced symptoms of a UTI and knew I couldn't wait through the weekend. Clinic scheduling is a breeze with the app, accepted my insurance, no waiting upon arrival, staff is professional. thorough, and kind. The office and restrooms were very clean. Patients are requested to wear a mask upon entering which I agree is prudent for flu and covid season. I have used this clinic before and will continue to do so in the future. I would absolutely recommend to family and friends.

I had the most disappointing experience with Mr. Johnny Rivers today. I went in for a severe sinus infection and was shocked by how rushed and dismissive the appointment was. I was barely given any time to explain my symptoms, and instead of being listened to, I was talked down to. No one took my temperature or blood pressure, despite the fact that I was running a 100+ fever. Dr. Rivers had his hand on the door handle as if he was already preparing to leave, while I was still trying to explain my issues. I think he was in the room for maybe 3 minutes and I was the only patient in the building at the time. (I think) To make matters worse, he called me “sweetie” and touched my knee without any explanation, which was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable as he has been rude the entire time. I’ve been in and out of doctors' offices since I was 7 due to ongoing medical issues, and I have never experienced someone so rude and dismissive. I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and completely ignored. I would not recommend Johnny Rivers to anyone seeking medical care.

I have been struggling with have a cough and hurting in my back, i was in back within 15 mins and the Dr had seen me 15 mins later I've been there before and I like everyone there, their so nice and work to get you what you need. Would definitely recommend them.

Everything was so easy to navigate from scheduling, the staff and the care I received. My visit was thorough and informative. I feel like I was taken seriously and got what I needed for treatment. Thank you for such a pleasant experience on a day I was feeling very crummy physically.
