I have had a severe cough for weeks. Went to urgent care and was taken back within a few minutes. Ask a few questions and took me straight back for chest x ray. All that spoke with me were very nice, courteous, and genuinely concerned. They talked to me on the meds, what it was for. And Dr. Harvey was amazing with his bedside manners and talked to where I understood everything going and what needs to be done.
