Worst clinic ever. COVID testing is complete chaos. Have been trying to make an appt online for over a week (to get a second negative test) and I get the same message “the clinic is currently closed and there are no appointment times available”...I have tried every day multiple times. Then I thought perhaps you have to make it the day of Vice in advance so got up at midnight and tried to book every hour on the hour...same message. My husband had the same problem and the lady outside went inside and the clinic staff acknowledged the system is down/having difficulty (this was recently). By the way, he was tested without an appt. I assume there is a large demand...but if that is the case, why take appointments at all? I got there at 7am and there were 4 people including me in line...she made 2-3 of us leave just before 8am including myself....didn’t appear to be a busy day. I have tried to call them over a week as well but voice mail is full. The lady outside wouldn’t even entertain going inside to ask about the online booking issues and was not helpful at all...she didn’t know how far out appointments were being made or anything that would have been helpful to know. Also If you are allowed to book in advance, then why wasn’t I offered an opportunity to book over a week in advance when I initially started this. Was truly hoping for a rapid test. But after dealing with the clinic, I would rather wait in line at the Huntsville Fever Clinic. At least they are nice and helpful!

I and my family have been to this location several time with no issues. This morning I arrive at 7 am to get a Covid-19 test. I checked the website to see if there was anything special I needed to do, and there was nothing noted on the website. When the staff members started going car to car to get information....I guess the young lady I got had a horrible night because she was very rude and unpleasant. She walked up to my car window and said "Did you register online", I paused and and said Good Morning but no, I didn't know I was supposed to do that. Then she said "we can't test you" and walked off. Thankfully the other young lady that was working with her was nice enough to explain what I needed to do. I'll be back to that facility because normally they are great.

Staff did not get along with each other. Front desk staff unfriendly, frowned when we ask questions, said they in the back should have done told us, etc. Money was more important than care for broken foot. No nurse only aide who didn't know how to wrap ace bandage. Never offered help nor wheelchair. Not friendly nor professional services. I would not go back.
