This was a waste of my time. My appointment was at 1:40pm. I had been waiting since 1:25pm. It is now 5:15pm. I seen that they closed at 5pm on today which is Sunday. No one ever joined the meeting or even reached out to me. My time is also valuable and this was a horrible experience for it to be my first time doing a video visit especially being that I couldn’t leave home at the time to go to the location myself….
