Chered and her nurse are wonderful.  Great bedside manner and very thorough.  I come to this location because of the excellent care here.

Had a horrible migraine that nothing would get rid of. They were the only place open I could find because of the snow! They got me in and out in about 2 hours, which is pretty normal for urgent care. The provider was really kind and understanding & helped me feel better. Thanks!

Staff, very friendly and I was in and out very quickly, and had x-rays also!

I was a walk-in for a tb test. When I checked in the app informed me I was 2nd in line. I thought it would 30 mins a wait atleast. 15 mins per patient. Nope, 4 people went ahead of me, two that were there already waiting and another two who came in after me. I finally said something and I was next. That's not where I was also disappointed, but the nurse who gave me the tb test, had me hold my arm in the air and didn't even clean the injection site with rubbing alcohol!!! Never again will I be coming here again.

I feel awful with this cold and have multiple co-morbidities. I have a complex medical history so I tend to ask questions. First of all, my physician was wearing strong perfume, which I’m sure was lovely, but unprofessional in a clinical setting. I’m extremely sensitive to various fragrances. When she was checking my ears and throat, I could not help, but mention that her perfume was very strong and she appeared to be offended rather than empathetic or understanding. Later, when asking questions about why she was prescribing me an anabiotic, even though she claimed not to hear anything in my lungs, she again became agitated.  She did not appear to actively listen as I had to repeat myself multiple times about my experience with using an inhaler, and when I asked for some instruction, she advised me the pharmacist would let me know, indicating that she had no interest in explaining that to me herself. I found the entire experience, extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. I will say that whoever was assisting her as Nurse or Tech did an excellent job and was very kind and thorough.

Wait time was a little long, but staff very friendly and helpful- collecting information was difficult online, but struggled through it. Assistant and PA were apologetic and quick to help. We were thankful for their expertise and quick ordering of prescription.

The Nurse Sue is an earthangel I love her and she made my visit so pleasant  The doctor was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was explaining to her She took amazing care of me
