Repeat visit for chronic sinusitis. No wait, no fuss, in and out with prescriptions and a recommendation to see my PCP and possibly an ENT. I left my jacket and they messaged me to come back for it as they wouldn't be open Thanksgiving Day. Excellent all around!

Woke up with severe muscle spasms in my lower back and hip area and I was able to get an appointment first thing this morning.  My first time ever going to AST Urgent Care and I was impressed.  From beginning to the end of my appointment everyone was very attentive and listened and provided me with excellent care. I recommend this clinic.

The whole staff was very nice and helpful. It's really easy to set appointment time. Got us both in and out with in an hour.

NP Sharon was awesome, she listened to my son’s concerns and provided a diagnosis and treatment. She is friendly and compassionate of her patients.

The greeter/receptionist Michelle was eating and rude when I entered and asked about the wait timeframe. She said it would be about 90mins,but was not an exact science. I asked if I would be notified if I left. I called back in 30mins to check the status, she said it could be 30mins, then I get a text msg that they were ready to see me,I walked in a few mins later.Yet,Michelle was very helpful to the lady in front of me.Not the 1st time Michelle was rude & unprofessional. The medical staff were good.

Excellent care by all of the staff! Short wait time. Convenient location! Prescriptions called in to the pharmacy of my choice. Nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable regarding my issue.

The nurse was incredible but it was very apparent the doctor did not read any of the notes the nurse took and advised me to start medications I had told the nurse I was already taking. I was also not heard by the doctor about my medication and why I was on it. Unfortunately, I felt defeated and unheard. My previous medical history, though vocalized to the nurse, was not relayed to the doctor or the doctor did not read and I feel as though this appointment was nothing but a waste of time.

Excellent service and evaluation No flu thank goodness

I woke up on Friday with a fever & body aches.  I thought that I could tough it out but it got worse so on Saturday morning, I scheduled a “hold my spot” time.  I had been to the clinic before so checking in was a breeze.  I was seen quickly & I was very thankful for that since I was feeling so bad.

Was in and out in half hour. Good experience. Will be back if needed.
