At Urgent Team, we understand that when the need for care is urgent to you, the solution needs to be compassionate, comprehensive, and convenient. Instead of an expensive trip to the ER or a long wait for a doctor’s appointment, our urgent care centers in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee are open late and on weekends. Urgent Team treats injuries and illnesses, as well as provides occupational health and wellness care.

Non-emergent healthcare conditions treated by Urgent Team include: sprains, strains and broken bones; eye and ear infections; burns; bites, stings and allergic reactions; asthma and respiratory issues; flu, colds and viral illnesses; diarrhea, nausea and vomiting; urinary tract infections, and much more. Urgent Care also has suturing and X-ray capabilities, as well as provides both diagnostic and preventive care including wellness visits, management and monitoring of chronic conditions, annual physicals, DOT exams, immunizations, and most vaccinations. Scheduling through the website or app was easy and fast. I checked in on my phone and updated my info. Staff is always friendly and professional at this location. I’ve had 2 or 3 different nurse practitioners in the times I have went here and thought highly of all of them.  I am a veteran and use the VA, but have had to get quick treatment a couple times and this facility fits the bill.  I would use this facility in a heartbeat if I didn’t have the VA. I just feel NP are better than doctors sometimes. 😊

I have bronchitis and I was able to get a same-day appointment. Checking in was great. But they did not take me to the room for 20 minutes and then I sat there another hour waiting for the doctor to come in. She was lovely and helpful and everything about the visit was very good except that having an appointment. I still waited an hour and 1 hrs and 20 minutes

Every time I go, everyone on staff goes above and beyond today not only help me solve my current affliction, but any others that come up during the visit! The same NP i saw before recommended the vein center tha5s fixing my legs, this time she put my on BP meds when she noticed my numbers were high again. These people really care for their patient, absolutely adore them!
