Had to visit twice in 2 weeks. The original medication did not help. I voiced concerns about that, and the staff happily listened to my concerns. They provided great care, and we were in and out within one hour of our scheduled appointment.

The staff from the front desk to nursing were wonderful, kind and caring. The NP or Doctor who talked to me never introduced herself or credentials, so a description is a lady with a grayish blonde short ponytail. She never asked me one question about my medical history, which could be relevant to the reason I sought "expert" opinion. She never performed any type of physical assessment. In a few words: she was rude, arrogant and completely complacent. The rest of the staff were kind and the nurse who handed me discharge instructions was kind and more informative and expressed more concern for my well being than the "NP/Physician?"

I made an appointment online - very easy and user friendly.  When I arrived the front desk staff greeted me and was helpful with completing the sign in process.  The nurse came for me shortly after check in.  She was most kind and took all the preliminary information.  She told me it would be about 15 minutes for them to run the strep and Covid tests.  Lindsey came in about 20 minutes later and said both tests were negative.  She then examined me and said she was going to treat me with bronchitis, told me what prescriptions she would call in and instructed me to call back if I had any tightness in the chest, wheezing or difficulty breathing.  She was most thorough and professional.
