I needed a DOT drug screening with a form 719P. I didn’t have the form printed, so the ladies working there printed it for me. They were so kind and understanding, and they were extraordinarily friendly. I really appreciated the way they seemed to go above and beyond, and they were so nice about it. I’ll definitely be back for any needs I have that Baptist Urgent Care can handle.

Woke up with a sore throat in was able to schedule my visit same day I checked in at 2:10 pmappointment was for 2:30pm left at 4:15pm, I was swabbed for COVID and flu but was told they didn't test for flu because I didn't have a fever, I asked for a cocktail shot and it was refused because she was sending in Flonase (something I don't use) and an inhaler something else I don't use , but was being proscribe because I had a viral cold. I asked for the shot because I know what works for me and my body because I've had these symptoms before and when given a shot I'm feeling pretty good with in hours. I left there feeling just as bad as when I walked through the door. my symptoms are and is , sore throat, coughing, pressure on the side of my face, drainage in both ears. So a shot really would have help with all my symptoms.
