Took my daughter to get checked on what she might of had. Rather then them telling is what was wrong her, they just sent us to the ER. What a waste of time.

Attempted to be seen as a walk in at another location 2 1/2 hours before they closed. The website showed only 4 people were ahead of me if I checked in then. My usual location showed 7 so I was afraid I would not have time to be seen. I was told that they had filled all available walk in spots. I drove across town to my usual location that now only showed 4 would be ahead of me. I arrived and was able to check in, be seen and was out the door an hour and a half before they closed. I will stay with my usual location from now on.

First time in this area needing urgent care services and this location was highly recommended by my peers that drives from another side of town just for their services when needed.  I was not disappointed! In fact I was impressed! Yes, there was a bit of a wait but they were honest and communicated from the minute I walked in.  Every staff member worked perfectly as a team that we came in contact with.  They were all very compassionate and kind.

I went in with flulike symptoms. Checking was easy and the person behind the desk was so nice and helpful. The nurse was awesome. Her name was K. The PA took so much time with me and listened to all of my concerns. Great experience

I have been feeling bad for around a week. I woke up this morning not feeling any better but probably worse. I went to the walk-in clinic at eight and was out of there by 8:30. It was very easy to check in. The doctor was an attentive, and I believe diagnosed what I have correctly.

The staff was very efficient and I have confidence in the treatment. I am very happy that they got me worked in.

Fast and easy like walk in should be. Friendly staff, clean facility. Highly recommend.

I had to come to the doctor to see if I had Covid or strep throat because I have been so sick. The nurse was nice and she swabbed me for flu, Covid, and strep. The doctor came in and told me I had Covid did not look in my ears did not check my throat. Everything I told her that hurt she didn’t check it. This is the second bad experience I have had here. Unfortunately I had to go because my primary care physician is so far away. The nursing staff is always nice but the doctors there act like they don’t want to touch you.

The front desk staff and nurse’s assistant were excellent. The nurse practitioner however, was something else. When she came into the room, she asked what can I do for you? As though she had no idea what I came in for, even though everyone else who helped her before me knew exactly why I was there. I was taken aback when she told me she could only prescribe 30 high blood pressure pills. I explained to her that I recently moved here, and that I didn’t have a primary care doctor. I asked for at least 60 pills to tie me  over until the first of the year, when I would be going on medicare. She refused and said “that’s what they told me”  I had no idea who “they” were.  I explained if you only give me 30 tablets, then I’ll have to come back when I run out, and she said “we MIGHT be able to help you” and told me to get a primary care Dr. I explained that I was having problems finding a primary care Dr. that took my insurance. She acted like she didn’t care and gave me a list of providers here in town. I see absolutely no reason why she couldn’t give me 60 tabs. Just mean. High blood pressure is no joke. Now when I runout in December, I’m going to have to find a provider to give me another 30 day supply until I find a Medicare Doctor in January.
