Came home from work after a week of minor cold symptoms feeling terrible. I was picking a temp so scheduled an appointment within an hour. Check in was super easy. The staff was delightful and thorough. Doctor was adorable and so helpful.  Got my RX’a and went on my way. I would definitely go again and 100% recomend.

I had a pleasant experience at Baptist Urgent Care in Collierville yesterday.  The lady at the front desk was very efficient with handling my paperwork.  The nurse assistant & PNP were both very friendly and quick.  The office was clean. I just wish everyone wore masks because the other patients had serious coughs and I was only getting my ears checked.  I actually had an ear infection in my left ear.  I waited almost one hour before the PNP saw me and diagnosed me.  Other than the wait time and people not wearing face masks, I feel the service was great and I got my medications quickly so I started the antibiotics immediately within less than 30 mins after the urgent care office. I would go back again if I had anymore problems with my ears.🙏🏼❤️. I would recommend this urgent care if you cannot see your pcp.

My daughter had a fever this morning I was able to book an appointment online quickly the same day. I was able to check in from my vehicle and watch the waitlist and know when to come in closer to our turn in line. Nicole was so nice and gave us options for medicine. The wait is a bit longer than I’d like but it’s an urgent care and it’s to be expected. Honestly it’s quicker than most urgent cares I’ve ever been to, I just hate waiting haha. Thanks again for everything to the Collierville urgent care team!

I walked in 15 minutes before closing time and was seen quickly. Super efficient check in and not too much paperwork. NP was very kind and listened to my concerns. I was diagnosed and out the door in 30 minutes or so.
