Absolutely dreaded the thought of going to an urgent care to sit and wait when I felt so bad. But I knew I needed to go. And that’s saying something for me- a nurse practitioner! However, this was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had!! Scheduling on line was a breeze. And I arrived early in hopes I wouldn’t have to wait longer. The staff greeted me warmly.  The wait was acceptable at only 20-25 past my scheduled appointment. The young lady who did my vital signs was very nice and appeared to enjoy her job. Nathan, the NP, was very professional, thorough, and made me feel I wasn’t “just another sick person”. He answered all of my questions and was genuine. I’m so thankful I chose Baptist Urgent Care and would recommend others to do the same!

Scheduled an appointment showed up and was seen in a timely manner. After being seen and diagnosed I was told antibiotics and ear drops would be sent to the pharmacy. Hours later my pharmacy had not received the prescription and after calling the doctor never ordered and sent them. When he finally did send them he never sent my ear drops to be filled.
