I have been sick for a few days and getting worse. I haven’t been able to get in and see my regular doctor, so I stopped by the Baptist Clinic. They were very friendly and welcomed me to stay and wait to be seen. I had bronchitis that was steadily getting worse. They made sure my breathing was good before I left the office as well as having prescriptions available to help me heal. They are way better than my PCP who acted like I was bothering them because I needed them for being sick and not just for a prescheduled visit.  This is how patients should be treated and I think I need to find a better PCP.

I've been feeling not my best for a few days, so I decided to make an appointment to visit the Baptist Urgent Care, and as always I'm taking care of. This is the best staff and NP in the Urgent Care Business. Thanks again, Baptist urgent Care Team. I would recommend this provider 24/7

My schedule was on time check in was excellent,the best staff ever in my experience,my care is second to none,I’ll always have Baptis to be my doctor office to go to at all times,thanks a lot for making me feel comfortable and also like family

I went in as walk-in and did my initail check'in and was seen within 45mins or less. Had my tests ran and had my results back and out the door in less that 15mins., so it was a quick turn around and the staff was polite and friendly.

They lady at check in was great, she made sure she listen n took care of my child needs

Woke up feeling bad this morning and booked an appointment at work for after. It was a very quick and easy task. I’ve been going to this provider for years and i LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff and convenience! They treat their patients like family and I recommend them to everyone I know. I’ve had only one bad experience with a lady at the front desk and they quickly fixed the issue she was not there long. I bring my whole family to this clinic. They work well with everyone.

Woke u wasn't feeling my best got online made an appointment got to my appointment sign in before I could sit down I was called to the back and was seen by the sweetest doctor and nurse very professional was out at no time going back if not feeling well again cause trust me they get u right

I usually book online, but all the slots were filled; however, I was able to walk-in. I had 5 people in front of me. The process was moving quickly. I was taken care and given full detail information about caring for situation. I love Baptist Urgent Care. The only minor med I go to for service. During the summer, I became very ill. I went to see the doctor at Baptist Urgent Care. She did a full exam including blood work. Long story short, I am forever grateful for the doctor because she found out I had lupus.
