Everyone was friendly and professional from the walk thru the door to the walk out the door. I will be going back. The doc is very knowledgeable and very proactive about care.

Fell on Saturday evening at the skating rink unfortunately after an X-ray 🩻 I was told I broke my elbow lefted there went this morning to sports med paid for an office visit just to be told they won’t cast it cause it is the elbow! Over all Huntsville hospital urgent care is definitely reasonable priced staff was amazing! Was in and out within a few hours

After having severe symptoms, we decided to go to HH Urgent Care. As uncomfortable as I was and know that I had to have made everyone there worry about getting what I had, it was the right decision. The front desk technician was great, friendly and suggested that I might be more comfortable in my own car waiting, that she would text me when it was my turn. So we did that. The nurse was extremely pleasant and made me feel like she also cared about me and how I was feeling. The doctor also made me feel like she cared about helping me and making me feel better. Outside of a very long wait, and feeling horrible, the dedication of your team was very visible. Thank you.

Had a very sore place on my chest and wondered if I had injured myself in a fall. I was x-rayed and said there was no injury. I was told that if further study disclosed something I would be notified. I heard no more and am very thankful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was a walk in patient just before closing and I was helped with paper work and things I did not bring with me,but still I was treated right away with urgency and reassuring care. They were very professional and cheerful 💗

Staff your offices fully on the weekends. That is prime time for urgent cares. But I guess your CEO wants to save some money to buy another vacation home or something. Staff that was there was phenomenal with what they are dealing with. Maybe help them out and hire more people and schedule them properly for peak times?? Food for thought, if i was seen quickly i would've been there maybe 30-40 min. But because of the bs I was there for almost 4 hours

My daughter woke up sick and had a fever. Brought her here and the staff were wonderful! Our wait time was maybe 10 minutes.. just long enough to get all the registration done then we were called back. They listened to my concerns, tested her, got her diagnosed, gave her some Tylenol to help with the fever since she was in her window for more. Very good with small children and listen very well! Will definitely be back the next time urgent care is needed.

I woke up feeling awful and could not get an appointment to see my doctor. I searched for an Urgent Care online. I was able to make an appointment online. My wait was minimal till I was called back. Chanda was awesome and very attentive. Dr. Thompson was friendly and attentive as well. I’ll use them again if the need arises and also recommend them to others.

I thought I had a normal cough according to 3 other doctors. I went to Huntsville Hospital urgent care. And was diagnosed with pneumonia. Thanks To Dr Shelby and her results and the medication I have started to feel better. I can't thank her and her staff enough.. I
