Had an appointment at 11:45pm waited in the waiting area for over 3 hours to be called back . I’m not sure why you schedule appointment if you have to wait so long .

The staff was great, bedside manner was awesome. I know there’s a lot of people sick, during times like these, maybe have 2 physicians in the office to keep the patients moving.

Making an appointment has no meaning. I arrived at 11:56 for a 12:00 appointment. The online waitlist showed 4 on the booked list ( me being 2nd on the list) and 8 on the walked in list. Everyone being called back was from the walked in list. It was about 1.5 hours before the 11:45 appointment ahead of me was called back. I checked the list later and noticed the 12:15 appointment had been called back. Next, the 12:30 was called back. Finally, I was called back at 2:55. Completely not acceptable. It has not operated smoothly since it changed from Dr. Jacobs management. This visit was the last straw for me. Since Jacobs retired, I need a new PCP anyway. It’s time for me to move on.

Each staff member I came into contact were GREAT! I felt VERY cared for and didn’t feel like they were in a hurry to get to the next patient, with that said Ms Anderson was professional and quick to evaluate and take care of my medical issue. I would and have recommended this location to friends and family!

Scheduled appointment time was not honored. 1st come, 1st served was the practice. That's fine if the office runs that way but advertising a practice that will not be followed in an attempt to gain additional customers is unethical. Office service was good. No issues with medical care in the office. Not all the medication prescribed was sent to the pharmacy. It took an extra day to get the missing prescription forwarded because the NP was working at a different office the remainder of the week.
