I booked an appointment with ease. They accepted my insurance and the process was a breeze. The concern and care I received was very good. The only down fall was they were short staffed, which made the wait time very long, but the receptionist was kind in explaining, offered everyone water or snacks and everyone was apologetic.

I had an appointment scheduled for 12:45 and they were able to get me in earlier. The nurse and doctor were so friendly and accommodating and so patient with me. Truly a great experience!

Went in with a bleeding eardrum, I guess from blowing my nose. Found out I had a perforated left ear drum. Quick assessment and treatment prescribed. Great staff, professional and courteous.

Was able to make a next day Hold my Spot appointment on the app. Only issue was when I showed up, the "computer system" had gone down and they couldn't take anyone back for appointments because they could not be checked in. This led to about a 45 minute delay in being seen. Other than that, visit was great and treatment was spot on and all meds were ordered timely.

They humanize people, they don’t rush you in anyway. A gift of time, & understanding. ❤️

Booked appointment at 11:30 checked in at 11:10 Waited until 12:50 to be taken back and waited additional time to see a dr. Dr. Jenny was super nice and thorough 10/10 recommended how good she was with my super tired toddler! Staff was all great and apologetic I really hope they can work on scheduling and wait times super inconvenient to wait over an hour to be seen when you pre checked in I only saw one patient exit in the full 1+ I waited as there were 5 ahead of me.

My husband developed all over body hives suddenly yesterday after a 24 hour gastroparesis attack.  We have been to other urgent care places before but never here.  The front desk was very nice when I called to schedule.  The nurse who took us back was so helpful and friendly.  The NP he saw was extremely thorough and caring and gave us her undivided attention and care.  Her bedside manner is perfect.  Everyone was just great and we appreciate them all so much!!!  We'd rate them 100 starts out of 5 if we could!  They hands down were better than ANY urgent care place we've been to including our family practice urgent care place.  We would HIGHLY recommend this place!

I got in and out in about an hour. Everyone was polite as well!!

Kelli and Tara are wonderful. They listened to all my concerns and really seemed to care. I highly recommend this urgent care.
