Have had a sinus issue for a while that had gotten bad in the past few days. Ran standard covid and flu test that came back negative. Was prescribed meds to help with probable bacterial infection. Was treat well, kind and courteous service. Grateful they are close to home as well. Good experience.

This is the second time I've used the Woodstock location (Rose Creek). Each time the scheduling has been easy, the wait time very reasonable, and the care just what I needed. The first time we went the NP had additional concerns beyond what we went in for and suggested we make a trip to the ER. Her intuition was correct and my daughter was in the hospital for 24 hours dealing with something unrelated to what we went in for.

When I woke up this morning, I noticed around the outside of my left eye was red, and it watered all day yesterday and started today. It did not hurt. I just went to urgent care to see what was going on before it got bad. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and nice. Made me feel at ease.

Walked in and checked in no one at front desk.  Waited 10 mins until someone appeared.  No one else in line.
