What patients are saying...

I’ve been to this office before, and dont remember the staff being so rude. I Honestly feel that their acknowledgment to the patients is very low. I asked for a drs excuse because I was seen by the physician and was told they couldn’t give me one due to HIPPA. they could only give me a receipt of the $85 I paid showing I was seen. There’s a lady literally throwing up besides me and it’s as if it’s normal. Will not be following up with this office.

Harlingen needs an alternative to the only urgent care currently available. The lobby was dirty and dusty. The doctor was good but did not introduce himself. The rest of the staff, although pleasant, needs lessons on customer service. Also, it seems Triage in an urgent care setting is indicated. As a medical professional I am acutely sensitive to using the ER for life or death situations which is why I sought out an urgent care.

I have been at the clinic two days in row trying to be seen by a doctor. First day the front desk attendant told me it was a 3 hour wait it was 5pm they close at 8 pm so they told me I may not see the doctor today and that it would be best to come back the following day. Came back the following day at 3pm there was only three people in the lobby and it took one and half hour to be seen.
