What patients are saying...

I called to ask if I could get a same-day COVID test and was told I cannot. When I said "But your website says 'This location now offers point of care COVID-19/Flu/Strep rapid testing. Patients can expect to receive their results in just 15 minutes. No physician referral required.'" I was rudely hung up on. I was not rude or snide, and I was on the phone for less than 2 minutes (1:49) including listening to their recorded message before being helped. I am extremely unimpressed.
