My wife and I left our jobs early to go to the urgent care atRutherford crossing. We arrived at approximately 2:25 pm and checked in with a staff member identified as Cherokee. My wife advised she had UTI. Upon being “checked in” we sat in the waiting area directly in front of the check in desk. After 2 and half hours we noticed walk in customers were being seen ahead of us. These customers arrived 45 minutes to an hour after we had checked in. I asked the front desk why we were not being seen. They said we would be seen shortly. When I asked why others who had arrived later were seen we were told Cherokee had never entered us in the computer. Cherokee had already left for the day. My wife was not see by medical staff until after 5pm. This terrible “customer service is in direct conflict with VA Health mission of best quality care. My wife was in pain and discomfort. We had to arrange coverage for our jobs and day care for our grandchildren. This was a terrible experience. Corrective action should be taken to avoid this situation from happening again. Not up to the standards of Valley Health.

Still trying to schedule an appt for Covid test prior to my procedure which is in 3 days and for which an order was sent 12 days ago. I have made multiple phone calls, left messages. No answer and no call back. :(

I called everyday to make an appointment for covid 19 swab test.i left a msg never return my call. They never pick up the phone. What's the heck! I have an appointment for colonoscopy next Thursday and please response

I went to this Urgent Care.yesterday .They don’t me.anything for pain. Today Saturday it hurt so bad. On a scale from 1-10 , it’s a 100. I. I called her and she said to take Tylenol.
