Even with scheduling, we needed to wait more than 2 hours and were told scheduling did not matter or mean anything other than tell them when you will show up. That was disappointing to have my sick daughter have to wait so long.  You should check with your team bc I believe their survey monkey form is not hipaa compliant. It requires an enterprise account for that and they are using a low end survey monkey account. That said, the young man behind the counter was incredible. Kind and patient, even with a difficult parent like me.

I must say the staff the doctor and the nurses are excellent at this facility. Not only are they professional and very efficient, but they are very attentive to detail and take your concerns seriously. I was seen and treated almost immediately and I’m hopefully on my way to feeling better. Thank you for your care.

I brought my dad there Friday morning. Unaware We need his Medicare card. (Our regular doctor wasn’t available) The young man behind the desk that morning help us get in contact with Medicare and we got the information needed to see the doctor. That’s above and beyond. Doctor was pleasant as well.
