Darren Willis discriminated against me. Discharge me at 7:08 PM and told me there was not enough time to test me,Yet he told me I had a viral infection with no proof. Never again will I waste my time.

The front desk attendant was not very pleasant. She just looked like she didn't want to be there and talked really softly, therefore,I could barely hear her. The COVID-19 test went fine. I just had to go back in for my results after 45 minutes due to the fact that I did not receive the phone call to tell me my results were ready. The test results were to take 15-20 minutes. I'm pretty sure they were back within that time frame, but apparently I slipped thru the cracks. Other than that all went well!

Scheduled a rapid covid-19 test for 7:11 p.m. this afternoon. Pre-registered online, uploaded photos of my cards, etc., before going to the location. Had the swab done at 7:45 p.m. and was told to wait in my car and they would call me with the results. They closed at 8:00 p.m. and LEFT. I was still in the car in the parking lot. NEVER received a call. I went to the back of the building and knocked on the door and rang the doorbell - no answer. Finally started to leave at 8:45 p.m. and saw the custodian inside - asked him through the window if anyone was still there and he said everyone gone. They FORGOT ABOUT ME!
